Quick question, so you said they would take the rent and multiply it by .75 to help you qualify for the place, I’m curious if I qualify for about 300k on a single family what’s the math to figure out how much a multi I can afford? Im sure it’s not as simple as .75 of the projected rent gets added to what you can afford monthly, although I could be wrong I’d like some clarification on that. I don’t know if this message is confusing but in simpler terms if I can only qualify to spend 2000 a month and gross rent of a apartment is 1000 would that mean I now qualify for 2750?

I realize the term "skip tracing" is already in the real estate vernacular, but historically what skip tracing refers to is finding people or things which have been stolen or purposely hidden. Typical property owners are not trying to hide. An example or real skip tracing is finding someone who is "skipping" out on a debt, skipping bail, or missing or abducted family members. Also it includes finding stolen vehicles, 18-wheelers, trailers, cargo containers, etc. Finding the owner of a property is trivial compared to finding a stolen tractor/trailer or kidnap victim hidden in a foreign country.
