So is it better in a general sense to take 2x or 3x the amt. Of a one a day fish oil omega 3 capsule? Or is that something only ppl with high trigliceriedes or hyper lipidemia gave to do?

remember guys. This was a test question for me. Predisone CANNOT be stopped abruptly, IT NEEDS TO BE TAPERED. If you abruptly stop corticosteriod, it causes ADRENAL CRISIS. this is when adrenal glands are suppresed and they cannot function to produce cortisol at all. It needs to be tapered !

The side effects of this one are brutal. Take extra care to stay hydrated and dont stay out on hot days 😮

It did seem to work immediately for me, aborted the afternoon panic attacks, but doc did say the maximum benifit would be about 2 weeks. ❤ side effects are mild, a bit of tiredness, but since i have horrible insomnia, that was very welcomed 😀
