I've been inspired for decades, just never had the money. I'm a disabled combat veteran, and would love to use the GI Bill to cover most of the cost, but life just keeps throwing obstacles in my path. I envy you truly, you are living a dream.

First of all thank you for commenting and thank you for your service! Aviation is definitely not the most affordable schooling and I fully understand that. If you wanted to just even get your foot in the door without spending money I would look into volunteering at an aviation event or an organization near you if possible and if you are looking for a job there are many different jobs in the industry that get you involved and can be just as fun as flying.
