Lime juice and Cointreau shouldn’t be equal parts, the glass isn’t gonna get cold from having three ice cubes in it for 20 seconds, and he put about another 3 ice cubes in the tin and gently shook it for 5 seconds. That cocktail is gonna be strong, sour and room temp. I’d take a bartender who knows what they’re doing and can make a brilliant margarita in a minute or so over a flair bartender who makes this while showing off any day of the week.
