Huh… one of the few times I’ve heard someone talk like this and it isn’t condescending or makes me feel bad. I may be late to the party, but well done. Made my day today

Thanks to all of your comments, and yours in particular made me realize how important it is to do my part to share healing with a community- I think I’m going to do just that :3

This video found me on a chaotic and claustrophobic trip to a loud, overwhelming city. Out of all the ASD comfort videos I’ve ever seen, I think this is the best of them all. So many feel like they’re reading from a list, but this… This feels as though you’ve lived it, or at least really interacted with someone with it who explained themselves to you. This video reminded me that I can take back control, even in the small ways. I, and many other of your autistic listeners, would welcome more videos for us and will watch your future works with great interest!

My manic episodes are writing 5 books at once no matter if finish them or not, then I shoot into depression and go into writers block for almost a year

I come back every so often to check how many subs your up to. This audio really helped me cope a little and it's the only one that has really done the trick. Thank you for making this and i hope you continue creating content like this Sincerely - a autistic person.

@MJ-xp8in No need to be sorry. I'm not my autism; it's just a small part of what makes me "me." Believe me, if you were to ask even a hundred autistic people about how they react when the world is too stressful for them, more often than not, they'll tell you the same thing.

My dad, who I do get along with if I'm masking, never understood me unmasked. I have movement and vocal stims that I've had to hide for years. It'd cause me to shut down and close myself out from others. Not to mention, I've had the diagnosis of ADHD and broad spectrum autism since I was a baby (born nonverbal). I'm in a better scenario now, moved out of that house once I was given an opportunity to do so. I'm happier now with people I can stim with and around and a happier relationship as well. ❤

I'm so glad audios like this one are on the rise. As someone who has ADHD and Aspergers and after years of feeling this, I can confidently say not everyone is this accepting. So I only have one thing to say to all my brethren; everybody has there own coping mechanisms just because ours are different doesn't mean they're wrong, we just work differently to everyone else. I hope every one in the same position I am can be comfortable enough to do this without fear of getting judged for it... And remember if they judge you for it it's only because they don't understand.

I had a teacher in elementary sxhool who would always call me out, and get mad at me for stimming in class, so I ended up hiding that part in middle and high school, and I would always just fade into the background, and I still do, but hearing this makes me feel better about it, so thank you
