You receive the same resuts using a hot air gun on high heat, low blow, without having to use volatile chemicals. Sand the headlight going down to 1200 grit, then use the heat gun moving in small circles. I finish the process spraying the headlight with a UVC clear coat to give the headlight some protection. It is not a totally permanent repair, might last a couple of years depending on your location

How many grades of sand paper do you use? They are all wet and dry paper? Start with 400 then 800 then1200, 1500, 2000 grade paper. Use water or windowline cleaner with the sand paper? How much cap liquid do you put into the cup? How long do you heat it for?? Thank you wayne

It's just acrylic, whatever you did, polishing the surface will damage the OEM UV protection layer, this vapor will survive at least one year in FL or more than two years in NY depending on how much UV is in the environment, to extend the lifetime of it, put protection film with UV coating on it only if your headlight not running at high temperature, or you can spray UV coatings like Megiuar on it.

The first thing I do after cleaning headlights is I buy cheap UV window tint and pase it on there and trim with a razor and it get's protection for a good 5 to 6 years before the tint starts to peel and flake off, but no worries, peel the tint and re-apply it. The headlight under the tint is 100% clear. UV tint does not get hazed or yellow because it has UV protection.

La 996 aussi a sauvé Porsche sinon pour mettre tout le monde d accord entre le V6 et le V8 le Macan est bcq plus sportif et agile car bcq moins lourd et ceci quelle que soit le moteur

I cannot see how this is protected from further oxidation. You need to top coat it to prevent oxidation. Excellent clearing technique, though.

it didnt. the sanding took away the faded dry plastic layer on the outside, the finer and finer sanding grits removed the scratches created by the paper used before. He said to take it to 1200 wet/dry and then he used the steamer. I have polished lots of plastics over my years and its amazingly simple. I use water and a couple drops of dish soap while sanding. Removing the gloss is what you are after at first, then making scratches from the paper smaller. I use buffing compound and a few shop towels to buff the shine back. It takes a little elbow grease. BUT, the lenses will eventually go dull once again but it will take more than 2 years and this guys warranty will have expired by then if you could ever find him again.

Bonjour il doit avoir un petit problème sur 2,3 chose. Le moteur des 123 c’est des 2l n47 bi turbo et en suite les phase 1 sont de 2004 a mars 2007 et les phase 2 commence à partir de mars 2007

Bonjour,bonne video mais en tant que propriétaire d un S 3,2 depuis 3 ans j ai du mal à entendre à chaque fois que le 6 cylindre est trop juste,pas assez puissant, voire même "un poumon". Il faut arreter de partir dans l idée que Porsche a crée le Cayenne en pensant à un suv hypersportif capable de vous envoyer sur Mars.Pour ma part quand je prend mon Cayenne j ai un véhicule que JE trouve beau, il plaira pas à tout le monde et c est normal, un vehicule qui nous emmène partout en toute sécurité, qui consomme 13l/100km en Éthanol pour 2,2T,super équipé avec un beau bruit,qui est SUPER FIABLE comparé aux V8 avec leurs cylindres rayés(moteur hs donc 5000eur pour le fiabiliser), leur fuites d eau récurrente et le spectre des 1000eur minimum de réparation dès qu on parle de panne tout ça pour "aller plus vite"là ou ne ne plus "aller plus vite"😆😆 et pour passer de 13l à 18l/100?????Achetez un véhicule selon vos gouts et vos besoin et pas pour ses performances. Le 6 cylindres marche très bien,mêmes sportivement, exemple:205 gti,405 mi16,audi 3.2 essence, Bm 325i,tout ça est derrière. J ai 48 ans et j ai eu pas moin de 43 voitures dans ma vie.Je peux donc le comparer à beaucoup de ces véhicules que j ai possedé.Mon Cayenne en plus avec un stage 1 Éthanol avec 269 chevaux mesurés c est amplement suffisant pour s amuser et pour rouler avec bonheur. Voilà, c était le coup de cœur d un utilisateur de ce vehicule qui peut vous en parler réellement et pas de certains qui critiquent sans avoir mis le cul dedans.Bien sur Nono tu n es pas visé puisque tu dis que tu en as eu 1.😉Ah ,aussi le Cayenne a sauvé Porsche de la faillite, alors rien que pour ça respect💪💪💪💪

bonjour merci pour ton commentaire les deux cayennes présenté dans la vidéo était les miens. Force est de constater que le V6 c'est pas un avion déjà que dans une golf r32 (pareil je les ai toutes eu A3 3.2 golf 4 et 5 r32) c'est tous juste limite. Après chacun son utilisation mais le cayenne a été conçu pour être le suv le plus performant à son époque, surpassant allègrement la concurrence x5, ml, cherokee, touareg, range, land cruiser... Hâte d'acheter un turbo S comme ça je pourrait faire un retour d'expérience sur tous les cayennes 1 : v6, v8 atmo et turbo

Bonjour @TheJm13 J’ai un Cayenne, 957 et non 955 c’est un 3.6 v6 il roule super bien. D’ailleurs j’ai un pote qui a un V8 et je démarre toujours sur Lui bien que son V8 passe sur moi à la longue, mais je ne suis pas déçu mais pas du tout de mon V6 3,6 qui m’a marché a merveille donc je te rejoins dans La Défense du V6, Cayenne 👍✨

Bonjour, tout dépend comment le phare est endommagé. Bien poncer toute la surface jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit complètement opaque comme présenté dans la vidéo. Meilleure sera le ponçage meilleure sera le résultat.

Oui, le V8 est le meilleur je crois, sauf que j’ai vu une vidéo qui disait que les V6 sur les cahiers n’était plus fiable que les V8. Est-ce que c’est vrai ou pas mais je pense que le V8 pour le poids de la voiture c’est mieux pour la tracter que le V6

Oui le V6 est (apparemment) plus fiable car c’est le moteur VAG des Golf r32, Audi TT 3.2.. Pour avoir eu les deux (ceux de la vidéo) avec le V8 c’est pas la même voiture. C’est selon vous, pour ma part un V8 avec un bon suivi en version S atmosphérique type 957 il n’y a pas de craintes à avoir

@@nonomotors Le V8 a quand meme si ma mémoire est bonne le syndrome du cylindre rayé qui touche pas mal de cayennes. C'est la panne ou on dit adieu a sa voiture
