Reminds me of north Korean mass synchronized dance. The mss synchronized dance is training for low tech synchronised surveillance done in groups in public settings. Parks, chess areas, bus stops, taxi spots. The groups are composed of spotters, stalkers, fashion readers, informants, informed etc and they mark people in broad daylight for either blackmail stalking etc. Very common in former communist countries and communist ones obviosly. They also speak a criminal slang dialect with a reverse intonation. For instance "the war on drugs" would really mean "the war. Since then I participated in a drifting club in some of my spare time and I have to say: what he does is out of this world. I first thought he used the handbrake every turn but no he didn't.
