Me, my sister and my uncle are Kyokushin karate fighter and we had to used our techniques growing up in the urban community. Me and him was sparring like this when i was 12 because he was trying to conditioned me and my sister's body.

I am practicing judo for over 20 years but Kyokushin is a karate style I respect the most. You guys can punch and kick in very close range, it would be very hard to throw you guys down in a combat. Respect .
