Hadith 37, 40 Hadith an-Nawawi On the authority of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), from what he has related from his Lord: Verily Allah ta’ala has written down the good deeds and the evil deeds, and then explained it [by saying]: “Whosoever intended to perform a good deed, but did not do it, then Allah writes it down with Himself as a complete good deed. And if he intended to perform it and then did perform it, then Allah writes it down with Himself as from ten good deeds up to seven hundred times, up to many times multiplied. And if he intended to perform an evil deed, but did not do it, then Allah writes it down with Himself as a complete good deed. And if he intended it [i.e., the evil deed] and then performed it, then Allah writes it down as one evil deed.” [Al-Bukhari] [Muslim].

رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا إِنَّهَا سَاءَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَمُقَامًا Pronunciation: Rab-ba-nas-rif an-na 'a-za-ba ja- han-nam, in-na 'a-zaa ba-ha ka-na ga-raa-maa. In-na-haa saaa-'at mus-ta-qar-raw-wa mu'qa- maa. Meaning: Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, its punishment is ever adhering; Indeed, it is evil as a settlement and residence. Reference: Surah Al-Furqan Verse 65

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa-in lam taghfir lana watarhamnalanakoonanna mina alkhasireen Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدُ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى ابْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ Allāhumma şalli 'alā Muhammadin wa 'āla āli Muhammad(in), kamā şallayta 'alā Ibrāhīma wa 'āla āli Ibrāhīm(a), innaka Hamīdun Majīd. Sayyudul Isthighfaar Virtue: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best supplication for seeking forgiveness is (Syed-ul-Istighfar)". اللهُمَّ انْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ Allahumma anta Rabbee laa ilaaha illaa anta O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You, خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ Khalaqtanee wa anaa A'bduka, wa anaa a'laa a'hdika You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide to Your covenant وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ wa wa'dika masthathwa'tu, and promise [to honour it] as best I can, أعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ ، A'uzubikka min sharri maa swana'thu I take refuge in You from the evil of which I committed أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَى ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي Aboo,u lakka bini'mathikka a'layya, wa aboo,u lakka bizambee I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ Faghfirlee fainnahuu laa yaghfiru zzunooba illaa antha. so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sins except you If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it and dies on the same day before the evening, they will be from the people of Paradise and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it and dies before the morning they will be from the people of Paradise. Now what you are asking Allah Azza Wa Jal in this Dua is for stability in life, so Al Mu'afatah is not nessecerialy restricted to just overall good health but it also talks to us about the ability to cope with and to understand and to deal with everything that we find in this world that tends to make life somewhat difficult in whatever way shape or form, so in Al Mu'afatah you are asking Allah Azza Wa Jal anything that you have to confront in this world but then this Dua also says "wa fil Akhirah" and the Hereafter. Solution: Morning and evening duas ( every day) because thes are the duas of protection of Shaitan/devil. This is Shaitan who makes you sad by thinking negative ,one thought after another, instead of stop thinking we keep get trapped in his chain. Sometimes you will feel fast heart beating like something bad gonna happen ( its a panic attack) Try morning and Evening duas religiously and you will find a peace of mind. You can search morning and evening duas online. Google it. Try it and allhamdulillah i guarantee you. You will be healed and then say be thankful to ALLAH SWT all the time.

I've really liked my father all my life but ever since I grew up it really came to me that my dad had agression issues, he used to love us but he did hit me several times because of studies, not like a beast but the normalised way. Now, He is acting very weird so, i once went to a different city for my studies and I stayed at a hostel but the son of the owner asked me out, so me and my friends changed hostels, I came back after a few months and my father never talked about this. Now, I have to move to Delhi for my master's, I got into a great university and my father was happy and proud but since, my college doesn't have a girls hostel and cause of that I have to get a private hostel. There are hundreds of hostels there but my father is acting up, saying that why couldn't I take admission into our local university and about that first incident with the boy and he saying that I can't go. Wtf, i studied hard to get a seat and already paid and was ready to go in about 2 weeks and he's being dramatic. I know that eventually I'll go but why so much drama, the way he talks to is is literally heart breaking. He is literally the worst, till today I thought he was a good father who thinks about us but he doesn't. My cousins have studied all in different cities but he is pissed that there's no college hostel. I remember every traumatic experience he ever put me through. I hate him .
