Hello I'm viewing from New Zealand. My father had a Volkswagen Kombi camper van like yours in the 1960s. We were a large family of six children , so we needed a large vechile to transport us around. The Alfa Romeo Montreal was the highlight of the show for me there. Very rare car nowadays. Thanks from Carl.
@automotivegrace2 ай бұрын
Hi Carl. Thanks for sharing great memories from NZ. Six children in a camper. Your dad is a brave man. I'm always drawn to the Montreal. It shares rear taillights with my 1974 Bitter CD. Not sure I'm brave enough to ever own one. A stunning vehicle.

Andrew, thanks for this video. Really interesting facts about the differences between the MG-B and the true MG-C then again, the difference between a genuine MG-C with front tortion beam suspension and those "C" wannabes with the six cylinder simply shoe horned in. Dad's old home is really lovely, and someone who appreciates the layout will be snaped up in no time.

@automotivegrace4 ай бұрын
Hi Alexander. Yes. It is my understanding that you can park in the Public car parks without presenting a ticket or pass. From there, walk across to the pre-66 and tax exempt car parks. Tickets are only checked when entering the "Over the road" area. The pre-66 and tax exempt car parks require a free parking pass obtained only when booking a ticket.

I’m literally doing the same thing at the moment…trying to get my garage set up and a little more organized for some spring thrashing…mines taken quite a bit of abuse through the last 4 restorations…now starting back on the 5th ( the 59 TR3A). The Canadian Tire Money was a good find..perhaps you should frame that 😉 I’m filming my garage organization as well just to have a before and after record of if…I’m sure it will take me a few weeks to complete it so it’s more of a longer term project. I’m looking forward to your project reveal! Cheers, Tush

Great hearing from you Tush. Good luck with your garage organising. I, sadly, cannot blame past restorations for the state of mine :-) It took me 3 weeks, on and off to do, but very satisfying now that it is done. Best wishes, Andrew
