Great synth...but when I had it it was still hard to edit sounds since there are often 4 layers sounding at the same time...even with the nice control panel it could be messy, you have to switch to the active layer, make the edit, switch to another layer and so on, you would need 4 such panels, lol.

What in the world is that sitting under your Ion with the dozens of faders? Looks like a custom mixing board? Never saw anything quite like it. By the way, I have 2 restored Fusions, a Micron and now a Miniak. These were the brainstorms of at least one genius. I am a huge fan, Jokeyman at the Alesis music group. On the fence about making this this, well let's put it this way, good things come in three's...Fusion, Micron and in all probability and finally, this one.

for your recording setup, did you run the synth directly into an audio interface or was the signal first processed by a compressor or anything or did you run the signal into a mixer before running the sound into an audio interface or was the mixer if used one that features a built in USB interface or did you record directly to the interface or was this recorded to a portable recorder device or was it recorded to a reel to reel or tape machine than transfered to the computer system in some way?

How do you load them on? Is there an editor or librarian for wavestation that is still available?

Hi, I think there is an issue/bug. At least with mine. (?) Of any presets when I press bassline button the sound changes. That is ok. But then I press bassline again to quit and go back to the original preset and the sound does not go back. I get always a kinda weak and more quiet sound of the original preset. Why is that? How to solve this? Are you guys have the same issue? I want to get back the original preset sound when I quit the bassline effect. Do you also have this issue? Thx
