Also, Donnie's music is just underrated 80s rock. Now the 50s rockabilly tinge makes sense now I know because he was from that era originally! "10th Street" is another amazing song from this album

I can't believe how many sub-Top 40 songs this guy had on the charts in the 1980's.

Though it sounds more a like Todd Rundgren/Utopia song (hence the chorus), than a Donnie Iris one.
@bipcuds5 ай бұрын
Interesting observation .... either way, Todd and Donnie were a huge part of the musical landscape in NE Ohio/Western PA! Had no idea growing up that these guys weren't a big deal everywhere else in the US. (Same thing with MSB - they were as big as Journey)

The Rock afire Explosion shows are way better than CEC;s Munch's Make Believe Band shows in general. Rock afire Explosion is timeless and phenomenal. CEC shows are great, but don't hold a candle to RAE shows.
@retrofan49634 жыл бұрын
@@aaaitspip It's also not as programmed well as the Rock afire Explosion.
@isidora12994 жыл бұрын
David Herrera yeah cause There’s really not much to program all they do is move their eyes mouth,head, and their arms up and down which you would think is a lot before you see how the RAE moves
@The_Original_Alex_Channel2 жыл бұрын
@@aaaitspip Not even. CEC robots aren’t programmed as well. Rock-afire has also always had better show tapes.

Thank you for this upload; this is the only song I remember from Rock-a-fire explosion; I saw it for the first time in the 80s in the UK at a theme park called Flamingo Land; its brings back a few memories being about 7 or 8 sitting in this room with Billy bob and the rest of the crew on the little stage at the front; I think it eventually got replaced at some point by a group of singing chimpanzees or something built in the same fashion.
@coolcrawford5 жыл бұрын
CECArizona From what I know it was in 2003 as that's when the Billy Bob themed land was closed, aswell as their being footage from 97 of someone doing karaoke in front of the stage
