I'm proud of you for being a concrete pump operator contractor out there in New York that's a tough area to be a concrete pump operator in I used to do it back in the late 80s early 90s pump towers and all that for the high rises in downtown there and let me tell you you know if you didn't put her at night traffic was a b**** to deal with during the day for service God bless you you're tough stay strong

When all else fails, cross the brown and blue wire iirc. Helped me get out of a bind when the sensor broke off during the drive to the job!

The grease pump enters the grease distributor valve. If you follow the distributor valve line, you can see that the grease distributor valve also lubricates the delivery cylinders. If there is a blockage in the bearings, the grease distributor valve does not function.

Is it easier then greasing a putz? Where all the grease nipples are on the same side as the pipe, wires and hydraulic lines.......

That’s a nice adaptor, but now you’re limiting the distance for the mixers chutes to reach the hopper, and with the elbow swung out, that eliminates a truck getting on that side.

Lol i just sent 12k psi concrete 600' vertical in 0* F in Milwaukee a week ago..that was with a Putz BSA 14,000. No special nothing on the bottom, or for the Putz 38m z fold on top.

Ditto! Alliance rocks. Service is the key. When I bought my first 37Z it was 7 years old and I "inherited" some issues from the PO. Every time something happens, whether on the job at 3am or in the shop, I ALWAYS get a response and a solution. Amazing service. That's why my fleet are Alliance pumps.
