A lot of people like to think this is the same thing as the normal tuba knight theme, but this couldn't be further from the truth. This is actually the theme of a secret boss fight with tuba knight during the post game. To access this boss fight, at the very start of the game you need to go down the brass king route. I know it gives you the objectively worst starting weapon, but it also get you close to TK at the very beginning instead of during the mid game like with the other routes. If you take this route, you'll have a much easier chance recruiting tuba knight later down the line, which you will need. Next, you need to actually recruit him into your party the first chance you get. The first fight with TK that you can actually recruit him is the chapter 3 boss fight. Even with TAS tools, its physically impossible to befriend tuba knight before this point, and even then its gonna be an uphill battle. I assume it goes without saying, but in chapter 1 you should have been maxing out your friendship with TK, and for this fight, you're gonna want nearly every one of your equip slots filled with charisma boosting gear. This gives you the highest possible recruitment chance, which is still worse than a coin toss. But if you finally recruit him after all of that, you can finally move on to the possibly hardest part. Part three: make sure he doesn't die. That's it. If you thought I was lying about this being the hardest part, you'd be sorely mistaken. A really cool thing that the devs did was balancing both you and tuba knight's stats if you take the brass king route at the start. While this does make tuba knight feel more like a worthy opponent/rival, it also means that any enemy you have trouble with, TK's also gonna have trouble with. Stock up on potions, equip your favorite stat buffing armor and accessories, and pray to the almighty Jazz Soloist that you don't lose your new best friend, cause if he dies, then he's gone for good. But, if you can make it all the way to brass king with tuba knight, and if you can defeat him together, then after the credits TK will ask you if you'd like to spar, just like the good old days. If you accept his offer, the fight begins with this theme. If you've gotten this far, you don't need my help for the fight itself.
