This is the best woman slalom skier in the world for years to come. Lake Hollingsworth at Florida Southern College was also sprayed by Barbara Cooper during my years cutting and pulling. 60 years ago Geoff Wolf came around #6 with coils of heavy rope at his feet before readying for a shoulder dislocating shock. A trick skier by trade, he surprised everyone by “whipping” the line into a high arc just before the shock. It softened then snap enough to keep his arms attached to his body, got him through the gates. Taught me a back saving tip forever. Try it sometimes. Go girl.
