Quick Which database is corrupted my website database or xampp database cause.. I had my back up site n sql... Uninstalled xampp.... And start afresh but still same thing.

dude, u can just get the data by doing $_POST['item']; instead of the random foreach loop. U dont need a foreach loop to a form that only has 1 purpose. It would have been good to have it if u had multiple rows of same data. But in this case u can just extract and use normal if statements to verify the data. the $v to $k just complicates it way too much. But the other stuff made sense. Also by using javascript, javascript can record changes in the form and click on the submit button for u. Thus u wont need to even click on the button when saving.
