No wonder that these countries can do work for less than the WEST. No insurance I’m sure, no safety programs, no PPE (goggles, face shields or anything). Amazing work but dangerous.

no weld prep,surface not even cleaned,doing the runout checks in wrong place, note it was previously repaired and cracked, for non engineer entertainment only, us engineers giggle and wonder how many kms it will last

They didn't even prepare the surface for welding. Those welds are contaminated and weak.

There is a execution error about the plan with the drilled holes before welding, not respected the plan with a blocked planar steel, second is the choice to remove a triangle, is better to add a steel on the brocked area
