It's defenately time to make some necessary changes in the technical side. We need a new coach and preferably we should aim higher and get even someone who has coached at the highest level, has experienced top level rugby with a top rugby nation.o am talking of looking outside Zim,Dawson should be placed in a different position, he has done so much, but we still need him for the project underway, he can assist, go into administration or so. Other thing is we need to match up to other nations players. We have Algerian players playing in French top leagues, Namibia with players in the Currie Cup Premier, and USA, for international matches we really need to look further at all the zimbabwe players available to us. Those playing in Europe, USA or so. They have experienced top level rugby and would add way better value than a locally bred player.
