Talent people already have Foundation or Pattern in specific discipline When they Born They know how to use it But thery are not aware of it(unconscious competence) So they can't explain to You For those who does not have talent You must Spend Very Long time on The craft With Max intent Focus to master The discipline

Both your videos on deliberate practice were exceptional. Ive watched quite a few and read the book trying to apply the principles but struggled. Your videos were very clearly structured clear and to the point and they have re- ignited my interest. Im excited to find you also have a podcast 😊

I also am using his Field Guide in the teaching of creativity for use with the trading community at the Van Tharp Institute for Trading Mastery. we are experiencing powerful and persistent results in all of those settings. I've learned to use more repetition in my course, instead of jumping to the next subject. So much to cover, but better to let people practice 1 framework many times, instead of many frameworks only once.

Great video, Andrew. Thanks to your content, I let my students spend more time to reflect and write down their personal learning goals. And, to make them come back to this "why" - sparking their motivation.

Great insights on how we learn. I'm creating a course on Communication and Storytelling for Data Analysts and this helps me get a beginners mindset, and understanding the student's perspective. Thank you Andrew

So this explains why I'm lacking motivation. I'm not exactly lacking motivation, I'm lacking an emotional connection to my task. Huh. Now I gotta figure out how to overcome my depression (which is kinda a lack of emotion/emotion vacume) and I should be good to go?

It's the trickiest part, but offers sooo much benefit! What type of experiences have you had around pushing yourself out of the comfort zone?
