No copywrite infringement intended. I always heard Voices Carry being done in the style of Type O Negative. This was an experiment in trying to make this version a reality. I hope you enjoy.

In the dimly lit room, where the whispers reside I hear the echo of love's bitter demise A broken angel, with tainted wings of despair I wander through this darkness, with a heart beyond repair (oh-oh) Your words like venom, poisoning my soul A symphony of pain, as we both lost control In the shadows of betrayal, our love starts to decay A requiem of heartbreak, our souls slowly slip away (ah-ah) In the depths of despair, where demons dance and wail We're lost in this twisted game, it's a never-ending trail Our love turned to ashes, as we walked through the fire In this 1980s goth nightmare, our desire expired (oh-oh-oh) you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me you can't break me In the depths of despair, where demons dance and wail We're lost in this twisted game, it's a never-ending trail Our love turned to ashes, as we walked through the fire In this 1980s goth nightmare, our desire expired (oh-oh-oh) I've been knocked down, I've been pushed around But I'll never let it bring me down In the darkest nights, I still find my light I won't let the world steal my fight You can try to break me, tear me apart But I'll rise again, I'll never depart I've got resilience running through my veins I won't let you bring me pain In the depths of despair, where demons dance and wail We're lost in this twisted game, it's a never-ending trail Our love turned to ashes, as we walked through the fire In this 1980s goth nightmare, our desire expired (oh-oh-oh)

I’m always looking for Justin Klunk on sax when I watch these live videos. I believe he came the following year this was recorded. The Midnight has talented sax players fill in but Justin is the best in Hollywood. He can do no wrong

You know something's wrong with the world when nicki minaj (lower case intended!) is getting millions of views and this kind of music only gets a couple of thousand. Legends in the making! Genius!
