If I Visited This Temple Or Mandir, I Would Go Be An Pujari (Priest In Hinduism) And Do Aarti To Make Our World Get Rid Of Evilness. Aarti: Aarti Is An Hindi And Bengali Word (आरती, আর্তি), It Means To Light The Lamps And You Need To Do A Circle Pose Like Go Round And Round With Handling The Lamp (Lighted), You Can Do Few Times (Like 5 Or 10 Times) Or Do More Times (Like 20 Times). And Durga Came From A Sanskrit Word, But That's Okay!

Grandpa & dad introduced me to this wonderful root when i was a very young boy, Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner were never without this root, as I got older grandma had to make a triple batch for just us 3. I've always treated them like potatoes mash them up after cooking to fork tender , a bit of salt, pepper, whole milk & butter, nothing else

Rutabagas are much tastier than turnips. They taste more calorie dense like a potato. I like turnips though...even raw. We used to grow them and a whole lot of other vegetables. I`m trying lots of different things now since my garden space is small. But here in central Louisiana I can grow something all year. But sadly pine trees block most of the sun in mid winter. If not for the power lines near them I`d be ringing those pines to get rid of them. I bought solar panels and batteries thinking I would be on a better lot but plans changed. This one is the most secluded though but those cursed pine trees ruined a whole lot of my most important hopes like solar powered heating in winter. Even in summer the sun is blocked until mid morning then at mid evening so my fig trees may not do well here either.

Gardening is certainly good for health, physically and mentally. Glad you guys get exercise and even lost weight. Eight years on KZfaq is certainly a great achievement. Maybe you can do garden content once or twice a year (with minimal narration, however you want)

I believe it started in the Congo due to food scarcity they were hunting animals they wouldn’t normally eat & somehow through the butchering or consuming of the animals got infected. Haitian teachers , doctors , engineers etc went there in the early 1960s to help with the crisis in the Congo. I’m sure while they were they may have hooked up with the locals. There was also an outbreak of STDs in the Congo that were treated without sanitation (using dirty needles etc).then there was an illegal blood bank in Haiti that would collect blood without testing it or sanitizing the needles. They would ship this blood to America . Then sex tourism blew up in Haiti in the 1970s. It was very popular among gay North American men. All of these things contributed to the spread of HIV/AIDS

These could also be done on air bearings, but the fit would have to be very precise, probably no more than five microns of tolerance if you want the pressure to be reasonable.

I grew up and graduated in Corswell, as well. Lived on Wells Street. I love Croswell. I joined the Marines out of High School. (Graduated in 1984) Went back to live there for a little while, but, listened to the Ex, too much..Anyway....My Dad was a firefighter in Corswell for 45 Years. My brother was the Fire Chief for 22 Years, but sadly passed away, unexpectedly, while he was the Sitting Fire Chief. He was also the DPW Chief, for many years. I loved growing up there. At that time, the town was booming. Sugar Factory, 2 Aunt Jane's Pickles Locations, all the stores were full. (Ben Franklin / Williams Dept Store/Bakery, and many others) Loved the Sidewalk Sales, and the parades. My First job was at Kettlewells. Many fond memories. I get back there as much as I can. Still trying to talk my wife into moving there. Such a simple life and community.

I had immunotherapy with stage four non-small cell lung cancer it was called KETRUDA , and it is attacking my adrenal glands in my upper kidney which causes me my muscles to tighten up over and over again which is very painful. I was 159 when it started 159 pounds and now I’m 131 around there, am I going to lose weight? Am I going to have the runs and go poo all over the place? Is it gonna hurt?
@Realunitedstates
@Realunitedstates 5 ай бұрын
Radiation therapy does not hurt. Depending on what part of the body you have it to, there can be some after effects. I had blisters on my tongue and lips for several week, which was unpleasant but not especially painful. Now that is RADIATION, I cannot speak to Chemo or immunotherapy. As for losing weight, probably. I did. A lot. And other cancer survivors I have known have as well. As for the runs, probably not, depending on what medication you take. Narcotic pain killers, which are common for cancer patients, will constipate the patient. That is quite unpleasant, but certainly tolerable.

It depends on what kind of coal you use; if you use anthracite coal, it is just as clean as natural gas and a heck of a lot more clean than wood, with no creosote. If you use buitimous coal, that is pretty dirty and smelly.
@Realunitedstates
@Realunitedstates 5 ай бұрын
You're right about the dirty part. As for smelly, well, that is sort of a matter of personal perspective. To me at least there is something charming and nostalgic about the smell of burning bituminous coal.

Hello , great video , question - is there much smoke released into the room with the fire is burning when you remove a plate to add wood ? Thanks for your time , Carl
@Realunitedstates
@Realunitedstates 5 ай бұрын
Sometimes yes, most times no. It all depends of how well the fire is burning, the wind that day which affects the draft, what you are burning, so dry hardwood at full flame, not much smoke, miscellaneous stick and odds and ends, then sometimes.

Generally I just peel it and boil it in stock (chicken, pork, beef) until its fork tender. There is a Swedish dish where you boil it together with carrots and parsnips and potatoes and then mash them, called Rotmos (literally means Root Mash).

I remember reading about this teen. It was such a sad story. This is the first video I've seen about him. I remember a family member had the same symptoms and they believed he was molested and he was a male prostitute but he didn't talk much. He also denied an anal exam. He admitted to sleeping with a local girl and called himself a stud. I think some of his tissues were lost during Katrina but other tissues were saved elsewhere and tested positive 😢 Was so sad that he had to check himself into the hospital at such a young age. They found KS during his autopsy. So sad.

I can remember going to see Santa Claus in the little shed out side of Woolworth's in the Westminster Shopping Center. On a cold blistery day, standing in a line that stretched to the end of the shopping center. Then going to Sharon's Black Eagle, so my mom could get cards and little knick knacks for her students. Going with my dad to Grove's and O'Ferrel's auctions on the weekends. Riding sleds down the college hill. Getting ice cream at Baugher's or Hoffman's. Watching the fireworks at the Farm Museum. Too many memories.
