Quality of building material being used or need proper renovation before moving if buying? 2. Water Supply - Is it 24x7 or facing issues with it? 3. Electricity back-up - Is it 24x7 or long hours of power cut? 4. Availability of public transport or Uber cabs or shuttle services near to society. 5. How secure is society and area around it? 6. Medical facility in and around society especially 24 hours chemist facility within society. 7. Availability of maids/servants, grocery items and other essentials in and around society. 8. How safe commutation is between Main Gurgaon and society? 9. What are the maintenance charges and which company is managing it like JLL or some other company? 10. Renting and buying options and price for various categories of flats (2+1, 3+1 or 4+1 etc.)
