I greatly appreciate the fact that this is such a realistic fight that Bond would've clearly lost if he hadn't have had the "Bond girl" of the film take over the helicopter and distract 006 at the most crucial moment! Such tense scenes! Goodness!

So for anyone who doesn't know this is still the censored version with crucial blows to the face and headbutting on the dish removed.

Man, do I absolutely adore this movie's score. Especially this action scene motif it had throughout.

Love this fight scene. Really feels like 2 guys trying to kick the crap out of each other - no neat and tidy martial arts, just raw and savage violence. You can sense the animosity the characters have for each other

We need a movie with Sean Bean with the thickest plot armor ever. Like he is walking through a city when a nuke strikes and he survives level of plot armor. And the whole movie is filled with scenes like that until Sean Bean's character gets what he wants. I'd watch that movie.

This may be my favourite final showdown in any Bond film. For one thing, the fight between Bond and Trevelyan is just so well done. The moves, the sounds they make and how it's all shot and edited makes it all look and sound painful and tiring. And secondly, Bond being able to make Boris fail by literally jamming the antenna is just icing on the cake, considering that Boris thought he won for a second, only to go back to losing. And no matter how much he shakes the computer or press any more buttons, he won't prevent the GoldenEye satellite from being destroyed.

For England James...... No for me 🤣🤣

Goldeneye is absolutely epic and easily my favorite Bond film.

006 should have not dropped from the ladder at the very end of the movie and just let the helicopter shoot at bond or the pilot fight the woman, she would have crashed the plane if she shot him and had no control to quickly recover in time. He could have just went back up the ladder and let the helicopter guy take the bullet so the plane would crash, go find a gun or weapon and start shooting or throwing things at bond, but yeah its a movie lol.

Best fight I have ever seen on a bond movie but no way he would survive grabbing the helicopter landing skids, his slippy sweaty and bloody hands would send him straight down to Trevelyan

It’s funny how bullets work in this iteration of Golden eye. You can unload an entire mag on someone close quarters but they don’t get hit until it’s their time hahahaha
