Easy to remove with Meguiars Quick Detaillers Spray. NO scrubbing, no damage to paint and no waiting. Spray it and use a microfibre cloth. The chemicals in the product from their website is basically the components of antifreeze and a light alcohol. For a professional you can buy the exact chemicals in the product and probably use a chemical injector and dilute spray as a softwash. Soft brush would remove it. When I mean no effort with the Meguiars I mean no effort. It completely removes the dots on painted Hardiboard with ZERO damage to the paint or sheen. Using a magic eraser can strip the paint or dull it.

To ALL that dont know this (70% of the industry) The rule of thumb for 4" per 1 gpm is based on the SIZE OF THE SPRAY BAR NOT the size of the cover. Manufacturer continue to market SC based on the cover and this is Very misleading. Spray bar is always 2 inches smaller.

I just cleaned my white gutters,soffit and fascia and vinyl siding using a 1 gallon pump sprayer with LA Totally Awesome diluted 5 to 1 and also 8 to 1. I sprayed a 5 foot wide section at a time,let it sit for 2 minutes,then using my electric pressure washer with an 18 foot extension pole and brush and the black mold and mildew spots came right off as well as the dirt. Everything looks like brand new. Gutter paint finish was not affected.

or just RENT a machine and a surface cleaner ... do a few job and find out IF you enjoy doing it
