After buying and returning three similar products, I purchased this one. I continue to use it as much as possible. For the price, it’s the best in a very crowded, very confusing field of benches. I love it; just sayin.

Would it work for someone that’s 6’3 ?
@ritfit.sportsАй бұрын
Theoretically it works, but people who are taller than 6‘3 may not be as comfortable using it as those who are under 6‘3.

Would like to see it in use. I feel like its too close to the wall.

just bought ppco2, the cage is decent for the $$ range but the lat pull down is wobbly. and I cant get the pull up bar to fit properly which is fine I go to the gym for pull ups but now when the kids out of school the gyms are fully packed. if you need this for a basic workouts its probably best to save your money for something a little more dependable.

She does weigh less but I also noticed that her hands are much much closer to her midline and her wrists are vertical. Your hands are way out to the sides and wrists horizontal, so there will always be a bit of swing. If you end up getting it down, definitely post it!
@halvarianknight4477Ай бұрын
She looks 5'3 120lbs. While you're like 6'2 175. It's a weight class and leverage diff. Still absolutely insane.

It’s all about body weight. I can do it, but I’m only 175 with good grip strength and crazy core strength
@bikashmalakar2637Ай бұрын
I am not down playing her strength But I am sure u would be able to do the same if were much lighter in weight. While I was 175 height of 5’5 I was not able to do more than 3 pull ups but as I dropped my weight to 155, I was able to do 12-15 pulls ups with out struggling and multiple sets. just sharing my opinion. I am not an expert or a trainer so please don’t bash me.

You are probably right though. People don't realize how much more gravity pulls on you the heavier you are. Like yeah all your wieght can be muscle, but gravity pulls on you much more than the extra muscle helps you for the given amount of wieght. That's why at the tiny scale, things like ants can easily carry many times their own wieght because gravity is just not pulling on them, or anything they are carrying that much at all.

Can the pullup bar be reversed to fit a room with shorter ceilings?
@ritfit.sportsАй бұрын
We don't suggest doing that since there might be some safety issues.

It’s a stepping stone. With time she’ll be able to use it without the band. It’s the equivalent to incline push ups for those can’t perform a regular one yet! We all gotta start somewhere, right?
