Wow the fluid movements, the excellent draping, I wish i lived close! My muscles are so tense, i do bodybuilding and teach preschool but everyday stresses are tough to learn to relax!! Gotta do deep breathing!!

Yes. I try to find cemetery throughout the back, while supporting the muscle along the lumbar region to be straight as possible then simply have them continuously to relax their limbs during their breaths and breathe with their lungs only, not with the shoulders.

Excellent draping is an important lost art that has been over looked in many styles of massages. You can feel the muscles and subconscious relax more with secured draping. Good eye thank you.
