Mine seems to need lubrication?? It doesn't roll up very well. It was werkin really well then started havin problems so I put more tension and it werked good for a while but now is doin the same thing again??

You not showing how to remove the tension from the spring and what tools are needed and how to do it is the most important part of the entire operation and you didn't show it, good grief 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This video was originally created for a sub-contractor who already knew how to tension the doors but was only needing to be shown how to replace a spring. Posted the video for his use. Video was not initially intended as a complete guide for the beginner door technician.

well done, thank you.. i own self storage and am beginning to see some problems which i now can diagnose as a broke spring on 1 side. now, i'm gonna find some spare springs to be proactive.

Where do you get those click plates you are talkin about if you're maybe I don't have never seen those before

The bracket & tensioning system you see in this video come standard on all Pilot Brand Mini Roll-up Doors. Other brands on the market use a slightly different tensioning method. Hopefully that answers your question.
