He disappeared pretty fast after he made a big mistake trying to take 503's fish. 503 gave him a fright. Within 5 years 503 will be the most dominant bear. Maybe taking over after his dad.

Wow! I thought The Office was just under that embankment at the head of the falls - not an Offíce Building along a great section of the bank! Otis definitely has it covered. As for Otis, I am impressed at his build up to this point. You Go guy! Hurray hurrah!! As to the current. Mercy! Major flooding up stream, I take it. Looked like other fella was going to totally lose his footing! Dearest Otis, please keep at that weight gain. You will be the biggest winner, regardless.
