I need some advice. I just purchased a bundle of equipment for $1200. It included a D750 in immaculate condition with less than 20k shutter count. Also included were AF-S Nikkor: 80-400mm f4.5-5.6 G, 28-300mm f3.5-5.6G, 50mm f1.8G, AF Nikkor 300mm f4 ED. All of the lenses in like new/excellent condition. Now I'm torn between getting rid of my D7500 that I absolutely love the touch screen, and keeping the D750, or selling just the lenses (two of which I already own) which will recoup my $1200 mostly. Or sell everything and buy a Z7II. The bundle also came with two camera bags, a K&F tripod, $200 speedlight, an intervalometer, two chargers and three batteries. Oh yeah, and a motor drive. So I know I can recoup my money and still keep the D750 body and keep my D7500.

Any thoughts for best lens length for landscape? I assume the 35mm would be great for getting more in the frame, but would an 85 work well at all for trying to pull distant features forward (like a mountain) with some compression? Newer to photography so just trying to learn!

For the best quality pictures, should I get the 85mm on my APS-C camera? Or am I supposed to get a 50mm lens, since it would be the equivalent to a full-frame 85mm?

I wish I'd seen your video before getting an RF50mm for my R100 (APS-C). It really is beautiful, though, I love using it as a "fast" lens with low light or IR filters, but it's kind of too zoomed for my tastes on random walking around usage. Bit of a shame, really, because it's by far one of the cheapest primes for R-series cameras right now. I'm looking into a 35mm f/1.8 lately.

B&M sell 3 pairs of thin gloves for about £4 👍 They’ve got little nobbly rubber bits on palm and fingers absolutely brilliant. Warm enough for me in any uk Winter! when sitting at the side of footy matches etc in some real cr4ppy conditions. Do what I did and buy about 9 pairs and if you can’t be bothered waterproofing them in Nicwax etc just Chuck them aside at half on time and put another pair on 😊…. and you can use the touchscreen with them on too! Pointless me buying expensive stuff … I’ll only leave them somewhere 🙃 Cheers Quinny

The first prime lens I purchased for my APS-C crop sensor camera was a 23mm f/1.4. The second prime lens I purchased for my APS-C crop sensor camera was a 56mm f/1.2. The third prime lens I purchased for my APS-C crop sensor camera was a 16mm f/1.4. This is 2024 PLEASE keep your D750 because this is an Alternate Camera in case its needed. And I still luv it BigTime ❤️ When getting this Camera it came with a "Nikon 24mm × 120 f/4 ED VR" Lens its possible one of my best lenses ever, even though it's not a f/2.8 or a f/1.4 This 24×120 f/4 has to be one of the Best lenses ever Produced, There always praising the 24×70 as a Good lens, But something about this 24×120 just gives you that little more reach that comes in handy 💯% percent of the Time.!!! Please 🙏 if Possible do a review about this lens.! "Nikon 24-120 f/4" Take it out on the Streets and Please ( Nikon 24-120mm f/4 ) 🙏 Give me your opinion as well.! It's 10-Times better than any lens in its CLASS.!!! Nice Video = kudos I am a new follower from -- Boston ❤️ Massachusetts

One of the best features of the D7100 not mentioned here is it has clean uncompressed HDMI out so you can hook up an external recorder for video like an Atomos ninja V and record up to 1080P 30fps in ProRes or a few other codecs with all of the video assist features like waveform, false color, zebra, etc, whatever the field monitor offers. So it’s perfect for KZfaq videos.

I'm an experienced film and DSLR photographer, but felt I didn't know enough about my iPhone 13 Pro. I enrolled in the first course and have found it excellent. I've learned a number of things about my phone camera which are invaluable. I like doing this at my own pace, and Emil is a great instructor. His photography team shooting the segments provide beautiful, professional videos for each unit, and I've fallen in love with the beauty of Latvia! I'm heading out on an overseas trip soon, and will only be taking my iPhone to shoot with! I also plan to do further courses. I've already done a lot of iPhone editing, but know I will learn more from the second course of this series. The course I took (iPhone Photo Academy) is good value for money and I highly recommend it for beginners or more experienced photographers.
