Kyunki last me lucknow ko alag se bataya gaya hai ki ye UP ki capital city hai. Capital city ko chhodkar baki ke bade cities ko bataya gaya hai.

Is Guwahati losing its place to Silliguri as gateway to North -East? Everyday I hear some new investments in the real estate sector of Silliguri. Some very premium townships/ buildings are coming up. Premium international brands are setting up shops more and more . Even the bagdogra airport terminal is getting a complete makeover starting from February of this year .JW marriott already there & radission blue, lemon tree like 5* category hospitalty giants are coming up, 10-12 km long elevated roads are announced work is going on, lately flyovers are also being built like guwahati, massive expansion of human settlements expanding city limits, if it is happening in siliguri what will be the future of guwahati being a gateway to northeast...

Water could be one of the facts but not the only. No doubt Hyderabad is growing but don't underestimate Gurugram and Noida. These both are growing even faster than hyd. 👍🏻👍🏻
