@MoverandShaker
@MoverandShaker 17 күн бұрын
It does move a little slow. It does a good job vacuuming. However, an outboard skimmer is highly recommended as it works so much faster and does a better job overall. It works fine on the wrinkles, we honestly eventually switched to this more expensive amzn.to/3zIc6Z5 and model of vacuum Because it's easier to set up, considering all you have to do is charge it and drop it in. I think we have had it in our pool over a hundred times it's still doing great.

@@MoverandShaker do I need to drain my existing water if I get one of these chlorinators?
@MoverandShaker
@MoverandShaker 22 күн бұрын
@jasondunbar3667 Absolutely not! Before you're chlorinator is ever boosting for the first time. You have to make sure your pool is balanced.It can take up to a week. If you live near a pool star, take some water up to them and let them tell you what you need to bring it up to par. It will be like a recipe. Follow that recipe. Whether it takes 2 days or 4 days before you ever start to boost. Once you get through your boost cycle, you can then be. Operating full time with your chlorinator and not really have to worry about much at all.

My friend, i have that setup with a smaller sand filter. Im getting low flow readings on the salt system. What should i do?
@MoverandShaker
@MoverandShaker Ай бұрын
Low flow problems occur when the water flow through the chlorinator is less than the minimum flow rate required for proper operation. This can be caused by a variety of factors such as a closed valve, a dying pump, clogged filters, or a blocked pipe. Did you ever make sure that the chlorinator did not require a certain specific size sand pump Gph wise. If the problem wasn't there before or it's just started for the first time on start up then I would definitely think your pump may not be strong enough.
