I voted for Dave Reichert and will do it again. Washington State had such a monopoly on the judicial system that is very unbalanced and favors the Democrats. My foster parents are staunch Democrats and they have turned their backs on me because I don't agree with them on everything. My Mom told me before she died that she was a staunch Democrat but, she never turned her back on me and still loved me. To be honest with you, Washington State politics suck. Because, of the unfair treatment snd heavy handiness thats divied out to those less fortunate by those who are not. So vote for Dave Reichert to stop this madness, and God bless you, all.

I find Bird to be a solid, likeable person with very good ideas. But I cast my vote for Reichert because I think his answers were just a few percent points better, and even more importantly he's moderate enough to win the general election. I can't see him winning statewide against Ferguson. So many Trump supporters are attacking Reichert as a RINO just because he doesn't have full-throated support for Donald Trump. He has smartly distanced himself from Donald Trump. We have to realize this is still a very blue state and we learned from 4 years ago that MAGA candidates can not win here. Reichert, having won Congressional races in the southwest has proven that he can win swing voters. Bird has not, he's still a bit too green. He would make a great Lt. Governor, he should run for US Congress he'd have a good chance.

I was talking in a forum with other Republicans and you should have seen the hatred toward this man. He's not a Trump loyalist so that's bad in their eyes. They're calling him a RINO, "voting 67% with Democrats", I mean it's horrible! Reichert has my vote because not only do I love his answers here, he's the best chance of winning the general of any Republican, hands down. He's within striking distance of Ferguson in general election polls where Bird comes no closer than 14 points. The MAGA types support Semi Bird and while I have nothing against him, Reichert as a moderate can win the election statewide, Bird simply cannot. The man is a moderate who reaches across the aisle and for the MAGA crowd that is utterly unforgiveable. Forget the fact that we're a blue state they'd rather lose to Ferguson than nominate someone who isn't 100% "MAGA." It makes me ashamed of my party.

The Bethlehem Hospital in London (UK) which has given us the word Bedlam was a notoriously horrific asylum. The building that had largely housed the asylum was turned into what is now The Imperial War Museum, in Southwark, opened in 1936. It seems a shame to let buildings rot away.

I console myself with the thought that when you die, the body is empty. What happens after that I leave to your particular belief. It is for the relatives to mourn, and that is why burials should be observed, recorded, done with dignity. As to how people were treated in the asylums, people were treated pretty badly outside as well, it seems as if the fringes of society were particularly cruel.
