i was diagnosed with stage 4 prostrate cancer about 20 months ago. I didnt take it as the death threat the doctor made it sound like, I took it as a personal challenge. I have watched thousands of U tube videos, and here is what I am doing. 1.Raw broccoli with ground mustard most every day (sulphoraphane). 2. V8 or some form of tomato daily( Lycopene). 3.Turmeric in pills and/or as a spice. 4. Omega 3 fish oil (capsules). 5. Zinc. 6. Aged Garlic Extract(follow bottle directions). 7. No Sugar. 8. Low carb. 9. I'm taking Black seed oil for 3 weeks and I believe it is helping. Overall the metastasis are gone, symptoms much less, I feel much better. Look up broccoli sprouts, Super high in sulphoraphane, you can grow your own cheap, or buy them (expensive). Exercise, walk, swim, whatever daily. Prayer never hurts, God Bless. ken.

WOW Ken you are incredible! THIS is incredible. I love that you took it as a personal challenge. Thank you so much for sharing your tips. I buy broccoli sprouts as well, I’ve heard how amazing they are as cancer fighters. Also, helpful to hear you are taking black seed oil also. I will share all of this detailed info ♥️ Sending you so much healing and strength 💪

thank you so much for this video and showing us your drawings!! love hearing your story and experience. i'm definitely going to do this myself too. love the reminder that you can't connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking back. question: do you draw multiple realities or things that you want? (like career, home, love, etc. - ex. drawing a business, house, person, etc. or should i just include them all in the same drawing?)
@AuthenticallyAri

So glad you found it helpful! Great question. I have many iterations of different drawings. Some drawings I focused on one thing at a time (like our wedding) while others I have combined with many things (moving, new career, etc). I guess it depends on how big the thing is that you’re trying to bring in. If you need more space to get excited with the photo, keep them separate. No wrong way though 🥰 Sending you all the limitless opportunities!!

I’ve been struggling with this. I hate corporate. Have a beautiful family. They’re super supportive but we need the money and I can’t leave quite yet. How do I believe when everything comes down to money?

I appreciate your comment and can relate ♥️ It took me 4 years to quit my corporate job; I just kept bouncing around from one job I disliked to another. If you haven’t watched my other video yet, please do and try that drawing manifestation technique 🙏🏻 It’s so hard when you don’t know HOW things will change, but the universe/source has a way of figuring it out once you put your intention and dreams out there and trust (visually). Sending you love and strength!

It’s funny because I’m very positive and truly believe my life of being a full time successful author is possible. At the same time, I’m still working my job and overwhelmed by my to do task. I just realized my limiting belief is wondering if I’ll ever be free from working the daily grind and be able to be home every day. While I’m grateful for my career, it no longer aligns with what I want.

I’m so glad to have found this. I’m taking antibiotics now, the first time in probably 20 years. I’ve had a cough for 3 weeks now and two days ago it turned worse. It really scared me so I started antibiotics. I’ve been trying to counteract this with sauerkraut and my kombucha, knowing I’d need to do more to reboot my gut. This is great timing, thank you! 😊

@AuthenticallyAri
@AuthenticallyAri 8 сағат бұрын
There are many iterations of this and all of them work! ✨ I like drawing my present self with the little blurbs stating how I’m feeling since it really shines a light on your limiting beliefs and the current struggle that needs overcoming. Also when you look back later at what you manifested, it’s even more cool to see your growth 😆 but whatever works for you! No wrong way.

I loved this so much , so you just drew your present self n your future self once and completely forget about it and so those drawings came into reality right ?? No other additional steps ?
@AuthenticallyAri

I forgot about the drawings for the most part, but would look back on occasion when going into my journal to write other things. The next step after drawing them is to embody what you want and focus on dropping those limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck with affirmations/subconcious reprogramming etc in the meantime. I just posted another video on this if you wanted to check it out 🥰

Did you see my version of a wheelchair? 😂 I totally understand. You definitely don’t need to know how but you also may surprise yourself. As long as you can understand what you drew and it evokes some sort of excitement and emotion within you, that’s all that matters ✨ Stick figures are a win!

Thank you so much for this video! It’s so funny - in 2019, I created a vision board. For parts of it, I drew little images and pictures myself and they are the ones that manifested so quickly! Even ending up pretty much identical to what I drew - just like your wedding photo. I’m definitely going to start doing this, thank you so much 🙏🏽💛

So fascinating your story is . Did u draw once and kept all your drawings aside as one time technique to draw & let go ? or u constantly drew it for 21 days adding up with daily visualization n affirmation to reprogram your mind??
@AuthenticallyAri
@AuthenticallyAri Күн бұрын
Good question. I drew most of these manifestations only once which is all you need. I would draw in order to visually see that goal manifest and then as you said “let go.” The only time I drew something more than once was me quitting my job since it was taking years 😂 but the real issue there was that I had deep limiting beliefs around it that needed to be resolved simultaneously. Hope this helps 🙏🏻 Once you put pen to paper and make your dream vibrant and alive, trust that the universe will conspire with you to make it a reality.

Thank you for all the great information. So enlightening to see the medical aspect of it. The phrase that you said it cures everything but death is actually referring to the teaching of our prophet Mahammad ( May peace and blessings be upon him.) It’s actually one of the miracles of our holy book Quran. Muslims are recommended to eat 7 black seeds every morning it’s promised to cure any and every medical condition except death. Sorry about the rant. But I’m so excited that you were able to get relief with them growing up I always thought it tasted so bitter and nasty but now I know why my parents use to encourage us to take it. Thank you so much for this video. So, I have PCOS. But I am also on the Nexplanon to treat some of my PCOS symptoms. I’ve also been on metformin for five years now. And I’ve been wanting to get off of it for a little while now. I’ve been considering taking Blackseed oil, but don’t know what to do or if it’s safe for me to take it. My insulin is high, but my A1c is normal. Do you have any advice? I could really use it right now.

Thanks for tuning in :) I would definitely consult with your doctor before changing things up. However, my endocrinologist was happy to test out berberine before metformin so maybe you can discuss with them and come up with a game plan to switch. I don’t see a problem with adding Black Seed Oil into the mix now but there are certain drug interactions/contraindications I’d double check before. Sending all the good energy your way!

*Thanks for watching! Please feel free to comment - would love to hear your experience with blood sugar regulation :) - One quick note on the video. When I mentioned you don’t need to go on a “diet”, that is assuming you mainly already eat healthy. It is best to avoid added sugar & high glycemic/processed foods. As mentioned, if you’re having a treat, make sure to have it at the end of a balanced meal to cut the glucose spike down drastically. Also, here is my previous video on Black Seed Oil & Berberine kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i5NmldarurCUlps.htmlsi=LWh-gvvdMGffYPwN

-Make sure to drink the 1 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in water with a straw so it doesn’t ruin your teeth enamel. - Also, black seed oil is great to take in the morning for glucose regulation but it does make me a little sleepy. Depends on the person. I take it in the evening since it helps so much with sleep. It is a miraculous supplement. - The Organic Olivia tincture I put in my purse is called Gluco Bitters

Until recently there has never been a known cure for schizophrenia and other major mental health disorders. People are turning to the carnivore/keto way of eating and actually being healed from schizophrenia/bipolar/depression/anxiety/etc. It turns out that a lot of people just can't tolerate a diet full of high carbohydrate foods. Dr. Chris Palmer and Dr. Ken Berry and others have been sounding the alarm on this. It is now known that mental health issues are actually a metabolic issue. I would encourage anyone struggling with mental health or unknown physical ailments to look into it.
@AuthenticallyAri
@AuthenticallyAri 3 ай бұрын
Agreed 100%. Thanks for your comment :) Your metabolic health and glucose controls it all. I’d prefer to see people not just avoid folic acid but high carbohydrate diets as a whole. I did another video on berberine and black seed oil for glucose as well.

Important Items I didn’t get to mention in the video: - When methylation is impaired, your risk for certain diseases goes up drastically. This can be easily improved with your choices! - Aside from avoiding Folic Acid, make sure to add in lots of dark leafy greens (sprouts are awesome for smoothies specifically broccoli sprouts). You can sneak these into your kids smoothies. - Watch out for nutritional yeasts with folic acid (Dr. Berg has a non fortified version). - When supplementing, make sure the correct B12 is listed, not the synthetic version. Look for methylcobalamin. Folate should be listed as L-methylfolate NOT folic acid. - Another gene mutation that impairs methylation is COMT. I’ll do another video on this eventually. -Of course, avoiding processed food is always the best option! Avoiding glyphosate (buying organic), dyes and sugar will help your kids immensely. Not easy but worth it.

The form is B12 is important too. It needs to be either Methylcobalamin or Adenosylcobalamin or Hydroxycobalamin. Never Cyanocobalomin which is synthetic & promotes just as many problems in the methylation pathways.

As an important note, you do not have to take both to see an improvement. You will still see a massive improvement with either one. Please check with your doctor. This is just my experience 😁 To summarize: I took 2 berberine pills a day (Thorne brand) 1x breakfast and 1x dinner. I also did 1 tsp of black seed oil in morning and then switched to after dinner. I would mix it with electrolyte water or something else since the taste is strong. You do get used to it after a while. *These tips are AFTER you have already implemented a healthy diet and exercise.* You got this!

Hey, does anyone have and hopefully it's had or on its way, that the bulging can go away with work and remission? One eye during pregnancy was so bad and swollen (never before with the hyperthyroidism just 3rd trimester). It was quite horrible due to high risk and horrible care aside from a lovely therapist that is a saint and angel because I would have had no support in knowing and feeling like the doctors were not taking me serious. I was in the er all the time for preclampsia. I had to stop working without any pay or paperwork help filled out for some help not even maternity leave. It was awful. Thankfully my job was so understanding and kept me on insurance, but I did what was best for me and my baby. I wasn't going into psychosis from the stresses and levels again. It happened last time when I found out due to life situation endings and major stresses that were happening and out of my control aside from what I could do to help, you know. Anyways, sorry for this it's just nice to find community in this. ❤❤ Sending all the loves and good vibes.

Sounds like you made the right move with work and I’m so glad they were supportive. Stress has a huge impact and it’s great you listened to what your body needed. I didn’t have the bulging but I empathize and would love to know if anyone else could offer anything helpful on this. For overall inflammation levels, I have taken black seed oil and it has helped immensely. I highly recommend it and will probably do a video on this soon. I am in “remission” now 🙏🏻 Sending all my love and healing!

Stress is the biggest factor I can see within the pattern of my journey with levels and things. There is no way to minimize all, it's life, but the stress was manifested from circumstantial outcomes via big life changes.
