Awesome ride. Love these long distance group rides, gives everyone a chance to lead and share the workload. We did a 200k ride some years back in the one day and I was worse for wear that evening - cant imagine doing 450 over 3 days. Kudos to you and the group.

Hello sir. I've been focusing on myself lately. I'm either at the gym or on my bicycle training for upcoming races/large group rides. Or I'm at a cafe drinking coffee and reading my book. Or I'm at home watching Netflix and relaxing. I don't plan on putting out any content anytime soon. Thanks for your continued support of the channel.

Going to em girlie bars and lady drinks is what will ruin you. Stay away from them $1000 is doable. If you can cook sometimes, even better. Of cos you can spend $10k USD easily a month if you want. It about your means and what you can afford.

What gym do you go to? I was in Pattaya in March, and I was going to Coco Fitness and another out in Jomtein. Coco was a little pricey but I didn't see many in walking distance.

I go here: maps.app.goo.gl/VUq6kjJzvG8ExYeS8 I pay 6 months at a time, so it equates to 1,400 baht per month. This, too, is pricey in my opinion. However, I chose this gym because they are open 24/7. I like to get my workout done as early in the day as possible, and oftentimes, I naturally wake up between 4am-5:00am. So I just go ahead and get out of bed and go to the gym. If I was enrolled elsewhere (other than Tony' Fitness), I'd have to wait until at least 7am.
