Can you do customize HIIT program on the F80? Say 120secs 8mph; 60secs 2mph and Alternating it for say 10 repeats ? That sort of setting?

Appreciate these videos. Awhile back you mentioned you would be doing a full x3 force bar review, what happened to that? Still debating between that or a used gym monster someone is selling close by.
@StevieRichardsFitness

It’s up here on the channel. I used a 55” monitor to show the metrics as I used it. The Gym Monster, if the price is right, has way more versatility than the X3 Bar. However, the X3 is a great off-grid, portable solution.

Hi Stevie! Thank you for your videos, they are a great help. I would like to ask you a question, in my country (Spain) there is a big difference of 600 euros between the G3 v1 model and the G3 V2 model. If there was only the V2 model, I would buy it straight away, but with the V1 model still available and a lot cheaper, do you think it is worth it? I am 1.79m tall, weigh 85 kilos at the moment (last month I lost four kilos and this month I hope to lose another four). I am not a bodybuilder, I just want to get back in shape, finding a balance between agility and physical strength. I moved to a tiny village and I have been without a gym nearby for more than two years, I am a bit sad because I cannot exercise properly. Thank you very much for sharing your wisdom and kindness.

Thanks for your comment and questions. Both are solid all in one trainers. However, if it’s within your budget, I would spend the extra money on the newest version. It has upgrades on the actual trainer as well as the attachments.

I have an outdoor shed that I could store it in. And use it in the shed. But my ceiling height is only about 7 feet. I’m 5‘10“. Would this work in that area? If it would not work, do you think I could use it outside? Or do you think it would not hold up? I live in Northern California so I just, the most part about rain during the winter
@StevieRichardsFitness
@StevieRichardsFitness 3 күн бұрын
I think you’d be fine on the height. It will be close and you should measure the height of the swuatmax and test on, say a stool of the same height. You definitely cannot use the riser accessory to load more weight. I do see owners using it outside and I use mine in a VERY hot garage. It has held up very well besides some oxidation from my sweat. That’s my fault for not wiping it down immediately after my workout. I’d message the inventor Brian and ask to be sure though.

I’m in the market but so undecided. Is the smith attachment good?
@StevieRichardsFitness
@StevieRichardsFitness 4 күн бұрын
It’s very good. Just a note- it’s a counterbalanced smith bar. Some people like a bar that weighs the standard 35-45 lbs, but my wife really likes the ability to start loading weight from zero. If you do decide to purchase, please use my link: www.forceusa.com/stevie

The most compact between g6 and g12 please ?
@StevieRichardsFitness
@StevieRichardsFitness 5 күн бұрын
Overall, the G6 is more compact than the G12. Here’s the context to that statement- the G6 is not as wide, but taller. The G12 is wider and shorter. The G6 does have the advantage of being an advertised corner all in one trainer. Measure your space accordingly. If you do decide to purchase, please use my link: www.forceusa.com/stevie

terrible pulley system ever. I've been using my G1 for the last 4 years so far, I'm an average lifter, and I would not advice anyone to buy G1 for Functional trainer. The system has a lot of friction and It's not smooth. However, good steel, easy mount and very very good manual assembly. Now, I want to upgrade for a semi profissional one with smooth and good quality pulleys and probably won't go for Force USA again unfortunately. Probably will wait for the REP Ares 2.0. what u guys think?
