I tried this recipe last night and it wasn't bad but it doesn't really taste like your average cheesecake it taste literally like what's it made of so essentially yoghurt with sugar with layer of biscuit at the bottom

the word you're looking for is "moist" which happens due to the mashed bananas in the batter. Why would I post something that would be under-baked? 🤷🏽♀

I tried this today for the second time.. top of the bread is burning.. I cooked for 45mins at 180c.. it was not cooked inside so baked again for 15mins covering with aluminium foil at 160c still not working.. what mistake I am making..?
