Of every album she has ever put out I own every one of them I started listening to Amy Grant when I was a young guy in high school and still listen to her now as a young adult now this song, and El Shaddai are my very favorites Even after all these years, I still know all the words to all of the songs on this entire album

One of the very first Christian concerts I went to. Our youth group saw this tour at the old Bronco Bowl in Dallas 1982. Never have forgotten how well she sang and how well Michael played. Was a memorable concert.

Gary had the audacity to malign any for falling for someone else??? Did he or did he not admit he was a cocaine addict? I’d really like to know. It’s no wonder she knew her marriage was hopelessly over if she was married to someone embracing a lifestyle of sin. I knew when I saw them perform together one year, in a Christmas special, their marriage was over. It was so apparent.

Worst show I’ve ever watched

You can tell it was apparent Gary Chapman was dominating a lot if this. His problem he wanted to be as famous as Amy and never achieved that level of notoriety. There is no place for jealousy in any marriage maybe I have been to judgemental of her relationship with Vince Gill.

I saw Amy with Russ Taff (unguarded/Medals tour?) and Gary came out to do his solo spot. First time I ever heard “Treasure”. Gary made a show of being really serious and sensitive in the intro, said something like “this is a very special song, a meaningful song, comes from the heart, etc” and the crowd got really quiet. Pregnant pause… Gary looks out at the crowd… then starts quietly singing “It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood”. Goofball. 👍
