Good afternoon Jamie. What a great video. Had no idea you were a Jersey girl. I absolutely love the Flemington branch. Hiked the inactive portion from Lambertville to Hamp rd. so much amazing infrastructure on this line. Beautiful culverts and bridges. Would love to see service reinstated to Lambertville. They would give the New Hope and Ivyland a run for their money. Can't wait to see the ride along. Is that engine former Lehigh Valley by any chance. Have a great night.

as a former NJ resident jamie, i always used to think BR&W was literally going down the tubes 30 years ago. they barely ran any trains back then and the track and infrastructure was really going to hell. but once social media and partnering up with the bel del and other things. BR&W has really been thriving which i am glad to see. it's sad that liberty village under Namdar's ownership has went to hell and now just like the pburg mall. liberty village is gonna get turned into apartments supposedly. i just hope the apartment complex people realize they will be next to an active tourist railroad. think BR&W can get R&N's passenger dept staff to make those coaches shine? lol 😉

Exciting to watch - I recognize so many of those locations having grown up in the Pittston area (Dupont). I wish you could get a better view of where the tracks cross with the CP and under the highway entering Dupont.

First ever RDC ride was on a B&O RDC. Later, got to commute on MBTA RDC’s.Great to see this one coming back into service.

Port Clinton camera what happened to it I used to like watching the live cameras

What happened to the port clinton,

What happened to the connector track at Dupont that used to be used by NS freight trains? It looks abandoned with trees over it. It connects with the line to Scranton that was Canadian Pacific to Sept. 2015 then sold to NS from Sunbury, PA to Schenectady, NY. Is it not used right now? All RBMN trains go to Pittston Yard and there are local freights up the Scranton branch from Pittston which goes to Taylor Yard which is also where the now NS line goes through as well. What would it take to have an excursion from Nesquehoning to Steamtown? Would that be impossible because of having to use a bit of NS to get there? Would it be easier to bus people from Pittston?

Hi Jamie, Great to see another RDC revived to running condition. Do you have any idea where R&N will use this unit? I spoke with a fellow in Nesquehoning a couple weeks ago and he thought R&N might start running multiple daily trips between NESQ & JT to take advantage of the free parking at the new campus. Sounds like a reasonable application. As usual, nice video work! Congratulations on your new full time gig with the RR, 🥳

I love Budd RDCs and pretty much everything Budd built. I was born and raised in Baltimore. Baltimore and Miami have Budd metro EMUs that were purchased on the same contract.
