This is so sad. My doctor encouraged me to stop breastfeeding and I unfortunately listened. I wish i could go back in time and do it all over the right way. Feeding my baby the way God intended and not with a rubber nipple and commercial formula. That was my first baby and I've had several after. My babies nursed round the clock. Sometimes they would stay latched for an hour or longer. Sometimes they nursed every 30 minutes. It was such a short few years in their lives and i feel so blessed to have listened to my instincts and not to the doctors. My babies are all grown up now and I don't regret for a second. What a blessing to have that beautiful time spent holding and nurturing my children. Time passes so swiftly. Hold them while you can. Nurse them whenever they want... even if its just for comfort ❤ That what our Momma hearts need too.
