I use Wilcom E 4.2 to do embroidery digitizing. I also digitize designs for others. If you are interested I can digitize work for you at a fair price.

I don't digitize! We send off to a digitizer! I have seen others use Hatch, Wilcom, and Embrilliance Stitch Artist for digitizing! Joy from Alphalicious has a digitizing course if you are looking for in depth tutorials! Thank you! I don't remember the exact font size Sorry! I just measured to make sure the longest word would fit comfortably and that was the size I used for the rest of the words too!

Yes! They make things so much quicker and you have a lot less tension problems! Just Make sure to buy the right size bobbins for your machine! Have a great day!

I ordered a gang sheet from ninja transfers and followed all the instructions and it didn’t turn out like that. Started peeling off after 1 wash. Disappointed because spent almost $100 for bad quality.

@@Mariee1106 I use universal 75/11 needles ( they are a light ball point) ! On canvas totes sometimes I switch to the sharps

Back to school means hard to hoop backpacks and lunch bags 😂 hidden zippers and pockets and bulky items can make it super hard to embroider! For the bigger hoops embroidering sweatshirts/heavier items I would definitely recommend! It will not only help protect your machine but also help keep the hoop from sagging while embroidering! For the 5x5 hoops, no you don't need it! Hope this helps!

What kind of fabric did you use? Ive been using flannel but i have tons of quilting cotton, will that work

I used quilting cotton for the front and back! I used a quilt interface in the middle to give it come bulk! So yes use that cotton!

last method was using a regular hoop but floating it vs. hooping!

yes! I like big monograms! If you didn't want to you could try and use a fast frame in the pocket, or reverse hoop but it would have to small or that's way more difficult!

Help, I have used the same design & I ordered the tubular support, which I received today. I’m using my 8x13 mighty hoop, and I keep having this issue with the design stitching out of place, even with the tubular support. Any suggestions??

Yes, Make sure your item is hooped tight!! There shouldn't be a lot of slack in the shirt/ sweatshirt once hooped! You should almost be able to tap the shirt like a drum vs having it loosely hooped! If it feels loose once you have hooped you can gently pull (top bottom, left right) after its hooped, just be careful not to ruin your center placement! Also, Make sure your stabilizer is bigger then the hoop, so the tension and stability is there! You can also add another Layer of stabilizer to help support the stitches! Hope this helps!!! -Ashley

You could also get the 8-in-1 hoop set from Ricoma that has the pocket hoop and you could always use a sticky stabilizer when hopping to the pocket.
