Strong defence means your midfield and front line can express themselves with confident good football. If your midfield/ front players and keeper doubt their defence, there is no trust or confidence. Thus, the shambles that Eastleigh has been this year. Wasted year.

The 100 that went, superb effort as always. KD knows without JM, and PM, Eastleigh would be in relegation mix. Not JM best season but with a defence always looking like they are ' away with the fairies' he has done well.

Good honest interview. Sketchy after scoring and team still worried about conceding against 9. Defence is slow, nobody sees or picks up runners, no one wants to take charge of defence and tell someone when they are shit. Eastleigh appears to have a WOKE, defence. Explains the snowstorm of goals conceded.
