Shitty title and click bait. I've learned 7 languages for 10 years each on average. Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese. The more languages you learn, the easier it is to learn a new one. I agree that you break barriers and learn more about the tribes' past by learning their languages. German in German is deutsch, German in Italian is tedesco. In Spanish it's alemán. In Japanese ドイツ人 (doitsunin). Learning those languages can teach you why those differences exist. It's pretty cool. But saying it ruins a life, that's just cheap click bait. And even worse with the shitty background music. He also mentioned schizophrenia. Distortion of reality or multiple personalities? When you start learning a language, your vocabulary is very limited. That might seem and feel like your personality changed. Once you dominate the language, you get back to your original personality.
