That ADOC while slotting with that Endmill is insane. I would usually drill a couple drill sizes smaller than the endmill and then plunge it, as opposed to using the endmill as a drill. Slotting depth is still way too much

3rd clip is just horrendous programming. Either should've G28 Z first or G0 .500 above the parts and then moved x and y

I just spray enough coolant so I don’t see what’s going on

and to think some wont admit to a crash . learn a lot from mistakes like how to spend time looking thru the program to find the mistake

there were so many warnings to hit E-Stop but no one gave a shit, just wanted to make a cool clip

They never put anything that would challenge the machine. The stuff they use is like feeding a shark oatmeal

This is NOTHING like a serious CNC "crash." NOTHING.

Props to those guys who broke the probe though. That cycle requires balls of steel.

what a load of bollox

I worked on cnc for many years machining cast iron bodies of water control valves. When something west wrong it happened in seconds. A 3/4 drill bit would snap and go pinging around the inside of the machining cabinet like a bullet.
