I’m sure Kendra can never say “Thank you” enough to those who helped save her life especially her. If it wasn’t for them, Kendra what are lost her life, and one of grown up to be the woman she is today. She’s 38 now. Three years ago was the 30th anniversary of her accident which made her 35.

I once thought about doing this because I was upset and thought I never compromise with anyone so I thought about running through a storm door, have a shard of glass stab me in the heart and get lodged there, and said that I would die. I was talking about killing myself. But I only said that because I was a little frustrated.

Today’s the 33rd anniversary of when this happened so Kendra is 38 now. This happened on a Tuesday and 19 days before Labor Day. At the time this happened, I was living in Arizona at the age of nine and my brother Andrew was one month away from his seventh birthday. We were soon going to start school. Andrew was going into first grade and I was going into third grade. We were attending McDowell Mountain Elementary School.

Some people think it's wrong to try to hide when having an attack. But like the husband said it's vetter for the person going thru it. Just leave them be until they come to you. The air quality has been pretty bad lately and my trigger is smoke from fires. I have had more attacks this past month or so than I had my whole life. So I know what it's like. For those who have never had any kind of attacks, imagine never knowing if that last breath you took will be your last. It's very scary.
