1:43 superior mechanical properties confirmed. A wafer of MDF would not survive that.

Thanks dude. I really enjoyed how the valchromat worked to cut and keep its dense color even as ya used it with or without varnish!

Sorry, but with this amount of varnishing I don't need Valchromat panels, cheaper MDF panels do the same.

Hello from Trinidad. Is it necessary to use edge banding on your product? If so, do you manufacture corresponding colored edge banding? I am cabinet builder that's stuck to using melamine to do my projects, I would so much appreciate some samples of your superior materials to experiment with. Thanking you in advance. Alex.

theres no edge banding needed, its just like mdf but more dense meaning you cant do sharp corners it will break

@@Sandstroem82 Mate their online presence is terrible and the amount of information about it is awful, however the product itself is excellent. As far as I have experienced you can use pretty much anything you'd use on wood. I've gotten excellent results with just danish oil and also with a floor varnish for some shelves I made.

This material is so hard to deal. After proper sanding (all information taken from technical manual) and spraying with transparent lacquer edges looks terrible (of course with filler etc ). 99% of marketing 1% of technology and quality..
