No koil asked for rated to get this to court. Rated tried for months to get him to hear his side of things but koil refused until he was taken to court. Rated pushed for forensics of all his devices and to retrieve all lost/deleted data through police just to prove he had nothing to hide, exposed publicly how he was ex torted, mani pulated and ab used and koil realised he had no proof to give to courts and was ordered by the law to apologize or get sued into oblivion and lose millions for being a dumb f*ck

Koil's lawyers initially were saying that rated cannot prove whatever he said was about him because he didn't mention his name. Guess the courts aren't that stupid huh 🤣 He was also told no one would believe him after telling anna how he was the one that was plotted on. Koil tried everything in the book to make sure he didn't have to apologize publicly but there are no hidden people like he claimed it was indeed banana and he didn't have a legal leg to stand on in courts since there was no investigation and no proof lol
