Omg I remember this place I went to all the time. My family called it Kona ice because it was so hard to pronounce ! I am so sad it got burnt down. I even got merch and everything.

Can you make cakes look like other things? My son in law is a former Navel educator, he taught at Annapolis. He is now working on starting his own armed security company. I thought a cake that looks like his duty weapon would be kind of cool.

I used to eat those things for 50 cent when growing up. 25 cents more for a scoop of ice cream inside. I put ice cream in my slushies.

How in the world does the ice stay firm and not cave when pouring the syrup? I cannot duplicate this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

He said It's called Tex and it's $5.47.. but this was 5 years ago, so I'd say the price has changed bc inflation. Still, probably worth every penny bc I've heard so many times their syrups are unmatched to other vendors'. Most others only use sugar water with artificial flavors, where here, they use real cane sugar with real fruit puree....Gotta be insanely delicious😋

Same here bro, I watched a bunch of videos and taught myself how to do this and now me and my sons have a stand set up in front of our house and we’ve done a few events as well. We don’t charge much but I feel like we can really grow this into something
