Every day thousands of tons of single use packaging is produced and no government anywhere on Earth is doing anything to stop this. It’s time to go back to paper fabric and wood, plastic has only been used over the last 50 years or so and just look at how it’s affecting our environment and the sheer amount we discard daily is worrying especially when it doesn’t bio degrade so it’s a permanent problem that will increase.

Human beings make tremendous amounts of trash and waste. And there's more and more of us every year..... up to 8 billion now. Still the continued manufacture of tons of single use nonbiodegradable plastics annually, only to be tossed about us, into the oceans our water supply and into our food chain borders on insanity. Why are we doing this? A kindergartener can understand why all our disposable products should be made biodegradeable. As for the rest of us, we have only to look around us at the results of not doing that.

Sadly, most of the ocean's trash is not located in the various garbage patches around the world. They're close to all of the coast lines, and constantly move within and around 100 miles of them. Also, a lot of the trash has either sunk to the seafloor, or the pollution is so small, they're just everywhere, including the insides of microscopic creatures.

stopp wrapping everthing in plastic 5 times, forbid those mini sweets. Like why do they even exist? people just eat five of them to look less greedy instead of just one normal sized....producing 5 times the waste.
