They may have known each other, Mark Cavendish and Daniel Teklehaimanot participated in 2015 Tour de France. Cav won stage 10 and Dan was leading the Mountains classification for a few stages but Chris Froome took the lead at the end.

It's pathetically naive that you think you could diminish that with a few seconds of cherry-picked video. Additionally, the fact that you think other competitors "gifted" him any of his wins is beyond laughable, and quite frankly, a major insult to said competitors.
