I just love this and find it so inspirational. I try to journal each day and will be more deliberate in my writing about it. It is mental health month and I think this is one of the best practices for well-being. I shared it with some of my clients (I am a psychotherapist). Thank you Oprah and everyone else. Love this.

I am grateful that African Americans are being repaid for unforgettable and unforgiveable forced contributions to the colonial period United States to the time of abolition of slavery and very arguably beyond only slightly lessened until after the civil rights movement. I think that the american government is slowing down and practicing wisdom to repay and redeem itself the best it can from its most hypocritical and humiliating period in terms of principle and integrity. There needs to be more bowing to the respect for African Americans today and assurance of freedom and fairness. When the energy is used sincerely and consistently to best undo the damages of those times of slavery the result isn't instant overnight but it is tangible and it is the only way to achieve and sustain an america that isn't failure.

I am once again grateful that the United States is making this wise bow right now, I am grateful injustice in African American life is being undone because this root issue is being treated with more care sensitivity and enlightenment. Zen wisdom. I am grateful for African American Zen masters.

I am thanking President Biden again for the work of the Biden Administration towards undoing the damage that early American history did to African Americans and Africa. Insightful that he has also noted such a view that allows one to treat life in that way also does damage to those who hold the views. President Biden has heavily brought forth Dr. Martin Luther King Jr along with the ongoing environmentalist work. I am saying that seeds of nonracism are essential to seeing clearly in life. It is just good that President Biden has invested just enough in sowing and supporting those seeds. It is very good and kind of original that the Biden is asking with so much personalization "is everyone having a quality experience in the United States?" I am grateful therefore for the sustained heart, a very good one

I am grateful that African Americans are telling me they feel more respected lately, and that before even monetary restitution is provided it is very significant that there be more genuine repentance and love shown for the African American people in the USA by european descendant Americans who were among the ranks of oppressors for one or several generations. As stated before, if they truly want to make amends and walk more redeemed for the transgressions long years ago (but not so very long) they can continue to make it chief to do so, even setting aside other projects to humbly apologize in as official and heartfelt way as possible. President Biden can, for example, explain to some foreign entities that he wishes for some time paused in global events as much as possible to deal with this tremendous inner matter with the full conscious respect and heart it deserves. Nations will have sympathy for such a noble goaled request and allow it. They will be impressed at the honesty and justice the Americans show cementing away ideas of hypocrisy over the principles of equality in the United States. I am grateful that the American synagogues are doing teshuvah to African Americans

I second Liz. Go do a full check up if you have severe ED. I had ED for almost 10 years and found health problems and nutrient deficiency. After I fixed those, they are gone.
